Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency is seeking a Remote Help Desk Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Acquiring and maintaining current knowledge of relevant environments
• Assisting in maintaining Help Desk e-mail

Position Requirements Include:

• 2-4 years previous experience working in a help desk or service desk environment
• Two year technical degree or equivalent work related experience required
• Ability to use Service Desk standards and follow guidelines, as well as help others interpret policy
