Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting agency is seeking a Remote Help Desk Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acquiring and maintaining current knowledge of relevant environments
- Assisting in maintaining Help Desk e-mail
Position Requirements Include:
- 2-4 years previous experience working in a help desk or service desk environment
- Two year technical degree or equivalent work related experience required
- Ability to use Service Desk standards and follow guidelines, as well as help others interpret policy
