A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Analyst I in Overland Park.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer and follow up on technical help tickets
- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues
- Contribute IT support for productivity software
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years of prior experience
- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts
- Experience with IT support ticketing systems
- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems
- Practical knowledge of networked and local printers, and business applications
