A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Analyst I in Overland Park.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer and follow up on technical help tickets
  • Troubleshoot recurring technical issues
  • Contribute IT support for productivity software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of prior experience
  • Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems
  • Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems
