Job Summary

An information technology services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Analyst in Schaumburg.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Deliver migration steps over the phone to end user
  • Provide support over the phone for basic Active Directory, printer, hardware, software, and Office 365 issues
  • Escalate issues to tier 2 and 3 teams when necessary

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Potentially a day or two of onsite training followed by work-from-home schedule
  • Comfortable troubleshooting Windows 7/10
  • An excellent communicator who is looking for a short term (13 week) assignment
