Job Summary
An information technology services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Analyst in Schaumburg.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Deliver migration steps over the phone to end user
- Provide support over the phone for basic Active Directory, printer, hardware, software, and Office 365 issues
- Escalate issues to tier 2 and 3 teams when necessary
Qualifications for this position include:
- Potentially a day or two of onsite training followed by work-from-home schedule
- Comfortable troubleshooting Windows 7/10
- An excellent communicator who is looking for a short term (13 week) assignment
