An information technology company for farmers has a current position open for a Remote Help Desk Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the ITSM queue and assist employees with basic IT related troubleshooting
- Perform some t responsibilities for the IT Infrastructure Team
- Facilitate daily communication between business units

- Experience in basic IT related troubleshooting preferred
