Job Summary

An information technology company for farmers has a current position open for a Remote Help Desk Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage the ITSM queue and assist employees with basic IT related troubleshooting
  • Perform some t responsibilities for the IT Infrastructure Team
  • Facilitate daily communication between business units

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Time management
  • Prioritization skills
  • Willingness to take on tasks
  • Experience in basic IT related troubleshooting preferred
  • Experience with supply order management is preferred
