Job Summary

A corporate travel management solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Fulfill and load contract negotiated rates for hotel
  • Troubleshoot content and rate issues within the databases
  • Monitor and manage own inbound case work

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding high-volume environment
  • Strong hotel program or hotel content knowledge
  • Understanding and experience working with Global Distribution Systems
  • Experienced in meeting and achieving performance metrics and service targets
