Job Summary
A corporate travel management solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Fulfill and load contract negotiated rates for hotel
- Troubleshoot content and rate issues within the databases
- Monitor and manage own inbound case work
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding high-volume environment
- Strong hotel program or hotel content knowledge
- Understanding and experience working with Global Distribution Systems
- Experienced in meeting and achieving performance metrics and service targets
