Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Help Desk Customer Service Advisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Searching and navigating knowledge base to identify appropriate resolution for client issues
- Documenting information into web-based ticketing system
- Resolving end user inquiries by utilizing multiple technologies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proficiency in MS Office computer applications
- Must have knowledge of how to use a computer and internet applications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with education related technologies
- Must be able to handle multiple job tasks at one time and escalate issues timely
