Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Help Desk Program Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the Help Desk
- Providing customer service support to nonprofit and skilled volunteer users
- Effectively documenting and communicating feedback received through the Help Desk
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years experience supporting or managing nonprofit programs
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with computer and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to identify and correct problems
