Job Summary
A business management consultant has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Quality Assurance Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide technical assistance, technology assistance and support to nonprofit and public sector organizations
- Managing Help Desk inquiries and maintaining tracking logs
- Performing regular User Interface and Quality Assurance testing of the TCH websites
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or IT related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to network, collaborate and build relationships
- Able to, both independently and collaboratively lead, solve problems and make decisions
- Strong organizational, administrative and project coordination skills
- Skilled in learning and mastering new technologies and techniques
- 3 to 5 years Computer, Internet and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
