A lead generation and marketing services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Help Desk Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling 5-10 open tickets at any given time
  • Prioritizing all tickets and complete them within the associated anticipated resolution time

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must pass the 40 hour training program
  • Must meet regular quality metrics
  • Must have a computer that meets technological requirements
  • Must score 90% on installation satisfaction surveys
