Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Representative in Ocala.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting with customers via inbound/outbound calls, chat, and e-mail
- Providing and processing information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Gathering customer’s information and determine their need/issue
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
- A nationally recognized certification or degree in the technology field
- Strong communication skills for remote support using connectivity tools
- Able to handle multiple customers from different clients simultaneously
- Must be able to multitask in a very fast-paced environment
