A financial company has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Specialist in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance
- Perform troubleshooting
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
Qualifications for this position include:
- You have experience with Active Directory, network and WiFi troubleshooting
- You have strong knowledge and experience dealing with MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems
- You have excellent problem solving skills
- You have experience with cloud application platforms such as Google Workspace, Jira and Confluence
