Job Summary

A pet healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering incoming calls to Help Desk
  • Providing telephone support for computer systems or applications issues
  • Troubleshooting problems and provides immediate resolution

Position Requirements Include:

  • Computer aptitude
  • High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Typically 3 to 4+ years’ related experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support of medium to high complexity
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory
  • Demonstrated experience with advanced hardware configurations
