A pet healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering incoming calls to Help Desk
- Providing telephone support for computer systems or applications issues
- Troubleshooting problems and provides immediate resolution
Position Requirements Include:
- Computer aptitude
- High School degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Typically 3 to 4+ years’ related experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support of medium to high complexity
- Basic understanding of Active Directory
- Demonstrated experience with advanced hardware configurations
