Remote Help Desk Support Specialist

Job Summary

Aa professional IT services firm is seeking a Remote Help Desk Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing and supporting the client function
• Supporting Microsoft Office 365, Azure and other cloud directory services
• Documenting all help desk support requests via ticketing systems

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in network administration, information technology, or computer science or similar work experience
• Experience configuring productivity tools and software to enterprise environments
• Strong customer service skills
• Exemplary communication skills
• Dealing with ambiguity in a fast environment and having strong customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose and assist in office hardware issues, including printers, monitors and network equipment
