Job Summary

A technology services provider is seeking a Remote Help Desk Technician.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing remote support to clients who contact us for help
  • Troubleshooting various issues using remote control technologies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 years’ experience in basic hardware, software and network troubleshooting
  • Entry level knowledge of Mac OS operating system
  • Entry level knowledge of Windows operating system
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group to come up with solutions
