A technology services provider is seeking a Remote Help Desk Technician.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing remote support to clients who contact us for help
- Troubleshooting various issues using remote control technologies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years’ experience in basic hardware, software and network troubleshooting
- Entry level knowledge of Mac OS operating system
- Entry level knowledge of Windows operating system
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group to come up with solutions
