Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Help Desk Technician.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving technical issues by guiding clients with specific features of software products
  • Providing client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and chat
  • Understanding client's business/software needs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 years' customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication, customer service and writing skills are essential
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and Access databases
  • Experience with Microsoft products including MS Word and Excel
  • Must be computer proficient with basic computer troubleshooting knowledge
  • Demonstrate strong collaborative teamwork and people skills
