Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Help Desk Technician.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving technical issues by guiding clients with specific features of software products
- Providing client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and chat
- Understanding client's business/software needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 years' customer service experience required
- Excellent communication, customer service and writing skills are essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and Access databases
- Experience with Microsoft products including MS Word and Excel
- Must be computer proficient with basic computer troubleshooting knowledge
- Demonstrate strong collaborative teamwork and people skills
