Job Summary
A leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of branded home improvement and building products is seeking a Remote Help Desk Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming requests
- Collecting information about problem(s) and leading user through diagnostic procedures
- Handling problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred or combination of education and experience
- Analytical, design, problem solver, project management, customer service, collaboration, etc
- Knowledge of current operating systems use and enterprise environment
- Windows 10 and 11
- Microsoft Office 365
- Chrome, Firefox, and other common business applications
