Job Summary

A leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of branded home improvement and building products is seeking a Remote Help Desk Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming requests
  • Collecting information about problem(s) and leading user through diagnostic procedures
  • Handling problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred or combination of education and experience
  • Analytical, design, problem solver, project management, customer service, collaboration, etc
  • Knowledge of current operating systems use and enterprise environment
  • Windows 10 and 11
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Chrome, Firefox, and other common business applications
