Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Help Desk Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Support Windows and MAC desktop and laptop computers via phone, chat, and email
  • Handle general access and connectivity issues
  • Assist with basic administration of user accounts and groups

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a Service or Help Desk Desk/Support Center environment
  • College or Technical Institute degree in Information Technology or other related discipline
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, Apple operating systems
