Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Help Desk Technician.
Must be able to:
- Support Windows and MAC desktop and laptop computers via phone, chat, and email
- Handle general access and connectivity issues
- Assist with basic administration of user accounts and groups
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Service or Help Desk Desk/Support Center environment
- College or Technical Institute degree in Information Technology or other related discipline
- Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems, Apple operating systems
