Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Technician in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing first tier support and troubleshooting of user endpoint issues
  • Designing and implementing IT solutions for client base
  • Managing a client base and supporting small homogeneous local area networks

Required Skills:

  • Must own a reliable car with insurance to travel to client sites 50% of the time downtown and throughout the Chicago area
  • Experience working directly with end-users
  • 3+ years of information technology experience
  • Familiarity with the configuration and operation of desktop computers on LANs
  • Ability to perform basic support tasks for small homogeneous local area networks
