Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Tier 1 Technician in Jacksonville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing software support
- Tracking and managing problem resolution and escalation management
- Responding to Service Requests and Incident Reports for end-user computing
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Wednesday, 3:30 - Midnight onsite Saturday and Sunday
- Prior IT troubleshooting experience
- 1-2 years of prior experience
- Completion of degree or diploma course or currently enrolled or job equivalent experience
- High level of comfort with supporting remote users via remote desktop tools
- MS Office applications & Windows applications
