Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Help Desk Tier 1 Technician in Jacksonville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing software support
  • Tracking and managing problem resolution and escalation management
  • Responding to Service Requests and Incident Reports for end-user computing

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Wednesday, 3:30 - Midnight onsite Saturday and Sunday
  • Prior IT troubleshooting experience
  • 1-2 years of prior experience
  • Completion of degree or diploma course or currently enrolled or job equivalent experience
  • High level of comfort with supporting remote users via remote desktop tools
  • MS Office applications & Windows applications
