Job Summary
A global business and IT services provider is filling a position for a Remote Helpdesk Agent.
Must be able to:
- Assist customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues
- Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
- Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution
Position Requirements Include:
- 1+ year in customer service role
- Call Center Experience
- Technical Support Experience
- Fantastic communication skills and current customer service experience is necessary
- Exposure to troubleshooting Windows Exchange and basic network troubleshooting
- Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer and notebook issues
