Job Summary

A global business and IT services provider is filling a position for a Remote Helpdesk Agent.

Must be able to:

  • Assist customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and service issues
  • Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems
  • Monitor and track issues to ensure accurate resolution

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1+ year in customer service role
  • Call Center Experience
  • Technical Support Experience
  • Fantastic communication skills and current customer service experience is necessary
  • Exposure to troubleshooting Windows Exchange and basic network troubleshooting
  • Previous experience troubleshooting desktop, printer and notebook issues
