Job Summary
A healthcare information technology company is in need of a Remote Helpdesk Analyst I.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing and resolving issues for clients using department guidelines and timeframes
- Interacting with employees to provide & process information in response to inquiries, concerns & requests about products & services
- Troubleshooting employees issues, including downloading & updating key software dependencies, collecting details as necessary, etc
Required Skills:
- Education – High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1 years’ experience in a client service or technical support role
- 1+ years supporting internal users of at least one enterprise business system (CRM, ERP, HRIS, CLM, etc.)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for delivering an excellent client experience
