Job Summary

A transgender-led civil rights organization is in need of a Remote Helpdesk Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Support work within the Legal Services Project
  • Review and respond to incoming Helpdesk inquiries
  • Maintain and continually update internal legal information database tracking

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience
  • Familiarity with legal issues impacting transgender communities
  • Skill at working collaboratively both within an organization and with other groups
  • Experience working with people from a variety of social and racial backgrounds
  • Experience working with databases
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills
