Job Summary
A transgender-led civil rights organization is in need of a Remote Helpdesk Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Support work within the Legal Services Project
- Review and respond to incoming Helpdesk inquiries
- Maintain and continually update internal legal information database tracking
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of two years’ experience
- Familiarity with legal issues impacting transgender communities
- Skill at working collaboratively both within an organization and with other groups
- Experience working with people from a variety of social and racial backgrounds
- Experience working with databases
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills
