Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Helpdesk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and laptop support, troubleshoot break/fix issues, and assist with application installations and configurations
- Engage in security-related tasks, including investigating malware alerts and assisting users with MFA enrollment
- Document, track, and escalate tickets using the ticketing system while collaborating with the team to deliver excellent service
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience
- Experience with Windows 10, 11, and MacOS operating systems
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite
- A+ and/or Network+ certifications are preferred
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Autotask) is a plus
