Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Helpdesk Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide desktop and laptop support, troubleshoot break/fix issues, and assist with application installations and configurations
  • Engage in security-related tasks, including investigating malware alerts and assisting users with MFA enrollment
  • Document, track, and escalate tickets using the ticketing system while collaborating with the team to deliver excellent service
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional IT support experience
  • Experience with Windows 10, 11, and MacOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite
  • A+ and/or Network+ certifications are preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Autotask) is a plus
