Job Summary

A nonprofit company has an open position for a Remote Helpline Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Directing parents/caregivers to appropriate services and resources
  • Responding to digital communications on the Helpline service
  • Supporting family members contacting the Helpline

Position Requirements Include:

  • Cultural awareness, sensitivity and counseling competency
  • 2+ years' experience in crisis intervention, addiction and/or family work
  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, human services, or closely related field
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
