Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacy Practitioner specializing in Hematology/Oncology (Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a core member of the oncology team, providing direct patient care through oncology pharmacy services
- Responsible for oncology pharmacy care activities for patients receiving chemotherapy and other oncological and hematological products
- Board certification by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) required
Required Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Pharmacy recognized by ACPE or an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Specialization in Hematology/Oncology with experience in Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy
- Ability to work remotely/telework
- GFE provided
- Must be board certified by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS)
