Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote HHC Retention Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Organize accounts in Pending Authorization status within Sales Force
Work toward finding a new funding source within 120 days of loss of coverage
Run eligibility for clients that have lost coverage using state/agency portals or other means of communication

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Advanced Excel skills
General knowledge of healthcare billing systems and infrastructure
Ability to assess information at hand and utilize judgment to critical decisions and critically think
2 plus years of healthcare billing
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and industry standards
