Job Summary

An online education company is in need of a Remote High School General Education Math Teacher.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead students through successful course completion
  • Build a virtual environment conducive to learning
  • Partner with parents and colleagues to manage course goals

Required Skills:

  • Travel: at least once a month to support students and participate in meetings and school activities
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Appropriate state certification- Michigan Elementary Teacher Certification- Grades K-3
  • Meets state’s NCLB’s Highly Qualified Teacher requirements
  • Minimum six (6) months of student teaching experience
  • Other skills and experience as outlined by company
