Job Summary
An educational provider is filling a position for a Remote High School Guidance Counselor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with addressing at-risk indicators, e.g. absences, at-risk behavior, mental/physical health, etc
- Consulting with students, parents, teachers, and others to meet the needs of students
- Promote services offered through the counseling department to teachers, staff, students, and families
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in counseling and/or advisement or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Web-based search engines, and database systems
- Ability to pass required background check
- Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card (where applicable)
