Job Summary

An education company is filling a position for a Remote High School Health and Physical Education Teacher in Maumee.

Must be able to:

• Support students and learning coaches on a limited basis with basic computer questions when requested
• Establish and maintain positive rapport with families and regularly communicates with students
• Conduct live Synchronous Teaching

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel as required (on average once per month and/or approximately 10% of the time)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word; PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree
• 6 months of student teaching experience
• Pedagogical knowledge of content being taught and ability to apply critical thinking
• Meet requirements for Highly Qualified Teacher (HQT) in subject area under No Child Left Behind (NCLB)
