Job Summary
An education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote High School Health Sciences Teacher.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Orienting students to their course, communicating requirements, and setting and enforcing deadlines
- Maintaining regular office hours and conducting instructional sessions
- Providing individualized instruction to help each students achieve K12 curricular objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- Travels to and participates in staff meetings and professional development sessions
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience teaching high school
- Meets state’s No Child Left Behind’s (NCLB) Highly Qualified Teacher requirements
- Career Technical Education Certification required, in Health Science for or grades 9-12
- Highly qualified teacher status in area of instruction
