Remote High School Math Tutor

Job Summary

To support personalized learning, the part-time Remote High School Math Tutor will deliver one-on-one online math lessons in subjects including Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry, while customizing lesson content to meet individual student needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons aligned with the CCSS framework for high school students
• Prepare and customize lesson content based on individual student needs to ensure high-quality instruction
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support student understanding and improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Math, Education, or related fields
• Prior math teaching experience in middle school or high school is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry curriculum
• Availability to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones)
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
