Job Summary

An online education company has a current position open for a Remote High School Special Education Teacher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Hosting live synchronous sessions that promote a positive learning environment
Creating instructional resources to meet the varying needs of students
Implementing instructional strategies that stimulate learning

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Ability to travel at least once per month within and between assigned geographic areas
Bachelor’s Degree(s) and minimum six (6) months of student teaching experience
Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology
Experience working with the proposed age group
Ability to learn new technology tools quickly (e.g., database and web-based tools)
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
