An online education company is seeking a Remote High School Substitute Social Studies Teacher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating instructional resources to meet the varying needs of students
- Analyzing student data to prescribe remediation and enrichment as needed
- Actively participating in Professional Learning Communities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and Social Studies certification
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to administer state testing in person in your locale
- Experience working with the proposed age group
- Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology
- Ability to learn new technology tools quickly (e.g., database and web-based tools)
