Job Summary
A digital customer engagement services company has an open position for a Remote High Tech Fitness Tier 2 Customer Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Assist & guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns & are the GPS for customers to understand best use of client's product
- Assist our client's customers via phone, chat & email for their new high-tech, innovative, personal-strength studio product
- Provide white-glove CS for a high tech workout system
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience talking with customers about hardware and troubleshooting solutions
- Ability to sympathize with the customer and be able to develop a strong rapport via voice and text
- Understand the importance of premium customer service and the desire to always work to find the best possible solution
- Excellent command of English language, with excellent phone and text etiquette - speaks clearly and enthusiastically
