Job Summary

A digital customer engagement services company has an open position for a Remote High Tech Fitness Tier 2 Customer Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Assist & guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns & are the GPS for customers to understand best use of client's product
  • Assist our client's customers via phone, chat & email for their new high-tech, innovative, personal-strength studio product
  • Provide white-glove CS for a high tech workout system

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience talking with customers about hardware and troubleshooting solutions
  • Ability to sympathize with the customer and be able to develop a strong rapport via voice and text
  • Understand the importance of premium customer service and the desire to always work to find the best possible solution
  • Excellent command of English language, with excellent phone and text etiquette - speaks clearly and enthusiastically
