A staffing agency is in need of a Remote High Volume Call Center Customer Service Representative in Tempe.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling incoming telephone calls in a call center environment
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints
  • Documenting customer accounts accordingly

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of customer service experience handling a high volume of calls
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to escalate issues as needed
  • Ability to meet call center metrics
  • Ability to empathize
