A staffing agency is in need of a Remote High Volume Call Center Customer Service Representative in Tempe.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming telephone calls in a call center environment
- Resolving customer issues and complaints
- Documenting customer accounts accordingly
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience handling a high volume of calls
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite
