Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to present in front of C-Level, as well as technical and business audiences
- Pre-sales/Sales Consulting experience with enterprise business solutions
- Experience as an HCM practitioner, trainer, and in business application implementation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
- Expert knowledge of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Time Tracking
- Industry experience in Higher Education or State and Local government
