Job Summary
A for-profit higher education company is filling a position for a Remote Higher Education Business Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage key projects across multiple colleges
- Take a leading support role in launching new initiatives from conception
- Manage and resolve issues that may jeopardize the objectives of the colleges
Qualifications for this position include:
- Intermediate skills/knowledge of Smartsheet or other project management software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Systems design understanding; business process and industry expertise
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related business experience in operations and project management roles required
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills via direct management required
- Three (3) or more years in change management, project management, process improvement & implementation, etc. required
