Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Higher Education Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Keep customers informed of process and procedural changes
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices
  • Handle overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor degree required
  • 6-10 years in a customer facing services role
  • 3+ years experience project managing financial implementations
  • Project management experience with Financial Management implementation
  • Functional domain expertise with Financial Management
