A cloud computing services company has a current position open for a Remote Higher Education IT Solutions Inside Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction in your assigned territory
- Delivering information on programs, promotions, and products via phone, email, webinars, etc
- Supporting customer business processes to reduce friction and enable executive-level engagement
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ year experience managing complex and multi-faceted lead generation programs
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Salesforce.com
- Minimum 5 years of technology-related sales or relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience driving demand and lead generation in the technology industry
