Job Summary

An eLearning and performance support services company has a current position open for a Remote Higher Education Legal Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Drafting course content summarizing legal requirements, and review, edit, and provide feedback on course scripts
  • Conducting substantive legal research to inform new course builds
  • Monitoring legislation, administrative regulations, regulatory guidance, and other legal developments

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years experience in higher education law and policy
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Legal Studies (MLS)
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
