Job Summary
A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Higher Education Software Client Services Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Work with Professional Services leadership to execute the company mission
- Manage multiple client and internal projects simultaneously
- Serve as a SME for the Interfolio Faculty Information System products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience and working knowledge of higher education operations policy, governance, and finance
- Knowledge of the higher education landscape
- Ability to collect, synthesize, and report on various higher education topics for various stakeholders
- A functional understanding of modern SaaS technology and how it functions
- Direct experience with faculty, faculty affairs, or university administration
- The ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration with agility and excellence
