Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote HIM and Coding Talent Acquisition Partner.

Must be able to:

• Provide full cycle recruitment service to hiring managers
• Create, build and manage Talent Pipelines of these specialty skilled workers
• Source active and passive candidates

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years’ full-life-cycle recruitment for HIM/Audit/Inpatient and Outpatient Medical Coding roles
• Trusted relationships across the HIM professional landscape
• Strong understanding of Medical Coding recruitment
• Knowledge of OFCCP Compliance as it relates to the hiring process
• Time management skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple recruitment activities
• Passionate about recruitment with outstanding interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
