Remote HIM Epic Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Remote Expert EPIC Configuration Analyst (HIM) will conduct in-depth analysis of workflows and data collection, provide tier-2 support for application incidents, and modify Epic records to tailor the system to meet organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues related to Epic software, ensuring effective design, build, testing, and maintenance of solutions
• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and collaborate with teams to resolve maintenance items and enhancement requests
• Develop and maintain requirements and test cases for new or enhanced functionality, ensuring compliance with departmental policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of Epic-specific experience with relevant certifications in supporting applications
• HIM Deficiency Tracking Certificate, HIM Release of Information Certificate, and Identity Certificate required
• Proficiency in related application areas with additional certifications preferred
• Ability to work independently and model teamwork within and across teams
