Remote Hmong Interpreter

Job Summary

To support a growing demand for language services, the Remote Hmong Contract Interpreter will provide consecutive interpretation, adhere to confidentiality protocols, and continuously enhance subject matter knowledge on a contracted basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation for various client needs
• Follows interpreter protocols and procedures as required by clients
• Implements all policies related to confidentiality and interpreter ethics

Required qualifications:

• Updated resume in English submitted at the time of application
• Completion of English Language Proficiency with a rating of 3 or higher on the ILR scale
• Successful completion of a mock oral interpretation session with a passing score
• Passing score on Propio's online Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology Assessment
• Full background check and security screen completed
