A real estate investment management company is filling a position for a Remote HOA and Community Management Corporate Counsel Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Drafting and negotiating HOA formation documents and CCRs
- Analyzing existing deed and use restrictions
- Managing HOA related litigation and appeals
Position Requirements Include:
- JD and bar membership
- 5 – 7 years in real estate
- Strong project management skills, and ability to run transactions to completion
