Job Summary

s an information technology company is filling a position for a Remote HOH Technical Service Desk Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email or live chat to provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
  • Providing technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications.
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous computer technical support preferred
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP/IP addresses, VPN software, supporting remote users
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues, specifically MS Outlook
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen
