Job Summary
s an information technology company is filling a position for a Remote HOH Technical Service Desk Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the initial point of contact for customers via telephone, email or live chat to provide technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications
- Providing technical support of hardware, systems, sub-systems and/or applications.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a corporate network.
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous computer technical support preferred
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP/IP addresses, VPN software, supporting remote users
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues, specifically MS Outlook
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen
