Job Summary
A hospitality provider is filling a position for a Remote Home Agent Guest Service Associate.
Must be able to:
- Provide feedback to management while maintaining a good rapport throughout that communication process
- Provide Hyatt guests with exceptional customer service throughout the inbound reservation process
- Successfully perform in a sales role
Position Requirements Include:
- Required to have 2monitors which must be identical in size
- Able to talk, type, search multiple screens
- High Speed Internet Service
- Routerwith Ethernet port for wired connection
