Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Home and Property Pricing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a team of pricing supervisors, associate managers, and pricing analysts
- Shape our team’s pricing methodology and analytics.
- Contribute to the advancement of our rate revision tools and collaborate with several state product managers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or related field
- A minimum of five years property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
- ACAS designation and/or strong knowledge of Actuarial Standards of Practice per Property/Casualty is ideal
- Strong people-orientation and experience collaborating with/influencing teams across the organization
- Ability to identify the need for/drive implementation of changes related to process and/or actuarial methodology
