Job Summary
A home design company is in need of a Remote Home Decor Customer Success Associate in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer inquiries through email, LiveChat and phone calls
- Process new orders
- Review and assign customer photos to contractors to begin 3D model construction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work onsite Thursday - Monday and remotely on the weekends
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Design savvy with passion for home furnishings and decor
- Tech savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
- Experience in a performance oriented, customer-centric environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
