Job Summary

A home design company is in need of a Remote Home Decor Customer Success Associate in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries through email, LiveChat and phone calls
  • Process new orders
  • Review and assign customer photos to contractors to begin 3D model construction

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to work onsite Thursday - Monday and remotely on the weekends
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Design savvy with passion for home furnishings and decor
  • Tech savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
  • Experience in a performance oriented, customer-centric environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
