Job Summary

A company that provides home decorating services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Home Decorating Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills while interacting with internal and external customers
• Provide product solutions by resolving and troubleshooting customer issues
• Ability to manage multiple applications/screens at one time

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 months experience in a call center
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite with emphasis on Word and Excel
• A customer-centric background with a focus on conflict resolution and escalation management
